Here all Gen Z posting issit? Why all are associates complaining about seniors? They're just another salaried worker older than you by 2 years and only paid 1k more than you yet have to saikang. At least complain about the regulators and partners man, they're the ones adding the workload and cutting everything except the lies they feed the juniors.

Are seniors so afraid of juniors?

The juniors don’t have interaction or visibility over the regulators or partners

They will only talk about seniors because those are the people who are giving them work…

Anyway in 2 years time they will understand, but there will be a new batch of juniors hating them

Correct.

It’s basically a group project, and if anyone doesn’t play their role, everyone will fail (die) together.

But some people have more to lose than others. I can just SU the module while my team mate die die needs an A hahahaha.

There was a push not to rely on foreign qualification but to establish our own local one to develop Singapore into an accountancy hub.

You can read more here:

Scroll down for the full report, and read recommendation 1.
what push to not rely on foreign qualification?

lol monkeys quoting recommendation report and u dont see any improvement

u realize this recommendation is basically for show right?
its like saying you are wrong, but going into more details why you are wrong
so many excuses when all they needed to do is raise the attractiveness of this profession by limiting foreigners from coming in to deflate salaries

higher salaries means higher demand means more branding

only fools disagree the obvious
