How are they gonna allocate their portfolio? There's no new managers coming in.

Oldies with local grad cert might not do professional certification qualification, but still got CA ( because previous old rules allowed them to get the CA , but not now)

Those are the oldies who enjoy working to midnight.

Please don't associate us with them.

"Old batch" for girls is 2012 and before, or up to 2014 for guys. Say graduate by 2017/2018?

They're all managers by now.

Based on what I observed, those who stayed in this career for too long as usually weirdos with Stockholm syndrome. The other day I was chatting with my manager. I asked her how does she deal with stress. She said her coping mechanism is to overeat and cry herself to sleep. Then I asked her why she cried so much. She said that cus all her job portfolios are bad. Then I asked her again, if the job is making her so miserable why she don’t want to quit. She smiled and replied, cus she feels that the company is treating her well so she has no reason to quit.

I’m seriously ??????

Do audit until brain fried????

My observation (at higher level) is different.

Some of them have this.. (over?) confidence and main character syndrome where they really believe they can be the 1%. Like the way they talk they have this air and they are special.

I did well in school too, and I can believe I am the top 10%. But to believe you are the chosen one of out a hundred peers needs another level of self confidence.
