The analogy is like give u conti car like BMW, but you use it to drive PHV instead of picking up chicks. end up deploy it to do the same job as a jap car

They can quit but where can they go?

Isn't 99% of this thread whining about how they can't get better jobs

You can say that because you come from a well to do family and you can quit your job anytime.

Yeah the poor senior ends up tanking it because gave up on asking you to do your part since you won't even do it properly.

Maybe you're not my junior but my god the quality of those from last Oct was terrible. Not sure if it's because they just have zero intention to stay so they half-ass everything or what.

That said, we're told to let interns and associates do less work since their turnover is already so bad and most have poor performance review already (aka no hope). I don't know what they're planning up there, most likely can't afford to let the rank with 99% locals run because we've horribly breached the quota lol. Dunno about others but we have about 1 local for every 2 foreigner now hahaha, I wonder what's our monthly fine.

They just quiet quit or lie flat while staying with their parents. There's a reason why most of the people who resigned this round are locals only and they left without a job on hand. See today's newspaper on the job hopping rate, there's simply no openings going round since last year.

Audit managers in their 30s know they need to rely on Seniors associates in their late 20s

Seniors associate know they need to rely on associate in early 20s

If associate no happy, anytime give you one middle finger and resign
