I nv leh, i always carry my staff like a tanker. But i also stop audit alrdy. No future, not meaningful.. k got better qualification. Other role better hours and pay. Its a norm to leave (if you can). Dont male sense to have 3 prof cert and be the same as those who dont. Once M and run as soon as i can.

Yea you did the same thing as me, just noped out of there, and not my problem anymore.
That's why the cycle never change for those who stayed behind.
When I was younger and still inside, I had some bold ideas on how to change things, but its not like I'm ICPAS or ACRA or Partner, solve already also no money into my pocket lol.

Just copy and paste and 80% is wait for client give documents.
Audit is not doing the work, is building relationship with client. Let khor khor teach u in 2024 ok.
No ppl review the file anw. Ppl dont even know how to xref work papers and document in english in n4Dont pawn urself.

Don't Singaporean companies have different financial year end throughout the year? Why can't they just hire more manpower so that people really can work 8 hours a day? That way, they can still complete an audit in 2 weeks.

might as well get that extra sleep
