I strongly doubt there are any JHK here lol, there's nothing in it for them. They have their own separate forum and multiple threads talking about B4. Their concerns are totally different from those raised in this thread.

You have no obligation to contribute to this thread, but at the same time, don't expect other people to contribute also lol.

If you want it done now, do it yourself. If not, go grow some balls and discuss with my current manager on whose work to prioritize. Oh ya, btw this peak I’m not OT-ing for you ya. Do you swear to god that when you become the manager, you wont do this?

If yes then I accept your complain. If not then you are no better than them, just watching out for self-interest

I have seen far too many senior associates promote to become the very thing they complained about.

Many of the managers now continue to treat staff in the same way they were treated in the past.

Can someone come forward to break the cycle?
