To be honest,

3 years in audit really learn nt much. At most you are only year1 act senior in charge, barely know about list co audit

Might not even know abt annual report requirements /listco requirements

i have spoken to both mid tier and big 4 home grown before

mid tiers are more competent hands down LOL
big 4 is like hand holding, and only do 1 or 2 sections, sometimes throughout the whole year do same section, or do 2 to 3 companies only, exposure is limited to what company they audit.
Whereas in mid tier, its more cut throat
