Just don't promote you alongside your peers i guess...

once that happens, and if you still don't get the drift ... then life is tough for you.

Angry

How cum audit will layoff or PIP one??

I thought isca always crying abt shortage of auditors and our big 3 uni grads don't want to join Big 4 audit because low pay, long hours, unprestigious, too many jhks etc. Weren't they in crisis mode about the shortage recently, eg:

://.businesstimes.com.sg/singapore/shortage-fresh-graduates-could-force-consolidation-singapores-accounting-market
://.businesstimes.com.sg/singapore/task-force-set-persuade-more-take-accountancy-and-change-boring-tag

high finance or tech mass layoff i can understand because of high pay, high bonus = high risk of kenna chop. but audit??? pay so low and hours so long.

this is good for the industry if they choose to start issuing PIP more aggressively. maybe finally can raise the quality of the people here and get rid of all the idiots
