Based on briefing, they only hinted it would be about the same as last year. Slightly higher for high performer, slightly lower for average and below -- as they are changing the scheme to be more performance oriented.

Just curious in big4 if assoc pay is 3.5, do jhk get paid 3.5 also or do they get 4.1 and receive the 17% cpf contribution as cash?

they get employee cpf in cash. sinkies get both employee and employer cpf

Last time SPass min 3000 so big 4 starting pay is 3000

Now is 3500 which is arnd most of their starting
After sep is 3650 so we can expect min to go up again
Then after sep 2025 3,800 so can go up even more...

They raise salaries cus their foreign pipeline was affected

that's last year. my teams still hasn't replenished our lost seniors too since last year end. say hiring freeze because overhired zzz
