1) Did no one warn you of how things are going to be? OR
2) You underestimate how “tough” the burn out is, and thought you could handle it.
3) All along you plan was to try try, and leave if cannot take it.

There just seems to be a disconnect between expectations of bosses and employees and I hope if we can identify the source, can feedback.
Not true, depends on ur team. Must be allocated to cui team or kena jhk bias.

people live their lives bound by what the accept as correct and true.. that is how they define reality. But what does it mean to be corect or true? Merely vague concepts, can we conside them to be simply be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?

Up to the individual to decide if they are a main character, or just a NPC in somebody else life.

Some people are okay with silver instead of Gold, Second Upper Honors instead of First Class, and being mediocre instead of reaching up.

are you HR lol, obviously everyone knows audit is a **** job that you tank for 3 years, but not whether their health can survive or not. survivability depends on level of how bad clients are at being a whole new level of **** and slow, teams getting smaller, budget getting smaller, deadlines getting tighter, manager reviewing later.

feedback? like they did over the decade? and what changes has there been besides pushing for SCA and getting spanking offices plus "power query" training?

Also, is the CA qualification still necessary and relevant? I don’t have it at the moment and my job is making me so miserable that I don’t even have the motivation to continue with that cert anymore.

Pls advise! TIA!
not necessary, but nice to have for accounting roles (but then again, they don't really care, skill and pay expectations more important). how long more to complete it? S1 or S2 is the usual quitting spot.
