Company B: 5500 offer with AWS (13 month)

If company B stands out a bit more, is it better to go with company B since they are kind of equivalent after factoring in the 13th month?

Would company A look better in any way e.g. if changing job and then they look at last drawn?

Thanks
They are not equivalent at all in pay.

Company A offers you more buying power per month while B doesn't.

A doubt from an outsider, wonder usually which level is the majority of those resignees during this period.

Anyone knows when is the best time to leave? Recently got promoted to S1 but is already burnt out from the constant stress all year round. Can’t even make myself break off from work mentally even during AL. Am currently thinking of quitting to go commercial or whatever but not too sure quitting at S1 is a wise choice.

Also, is the CA qualification still necessary and relevant? I don’t have it at the moment and my job is making me so miserable that I don’t even have the motivation to continue with that cert anymore.

Pls advise! TIA!

Never give up because when you give up it will be difficult to get back into it. The certificate is very useful, you should keep going at it.

Can help us out by sharing why you join in the first place?

1) Did no one warn you of how things are going to be? OR
2) You underestimate how “tough” the burn out is, and thought you could handle it.
3) All along you plan was to try try, and leave if cannot take it.

There just seems to be a disconnect between expectations of bosses and employees and I hope if we can identify the source, can feedback.
