The fact that the interviewer mentioned about the outsourcing plan means the company is too lazy to even train new hires and prefer to taichi the workload to cheaper FT. Just close down the EY SG office and merge it with EY MY or EY Philippines lah

Sry to hear that but stay strong. In this line there is always a fake belives that u are good but actually not. Mostly applied to jhk. If you got chance to visit different office to review ppl work, u can know how sh1tty or rotten this professional is. Everyone talking about how good they are but always "copy" or wait for ppl to make the first move, especially from b4. This is what they call "inspired" by others. When real deadline comes, quality can be compromised.

1 classic example of talents doing the job. These talents have 0 knowledge or common sense about time management lol. At least I 100% know this wont happened in my team.

Most of the local that I work with are usually chill and fun and can deliver their work on time. The one from neighbor country always kancheong and hard to work with. Maybe is the culture upbringing. But what to do? Partner likes to hire them for cheap and good output lol.

just ignore the deadline lah. they cannot expect an understaffed and inexperienced team to do everything swee swee right? Must teach them a lesson liao. You work 24/7 to meet the deadline and the partner will treat this as a norm and continue to squeeze you.
