actually my friend from other companies outside of big4, have salary adjustment too.. but he said his bonus is **** 1 month. seems like the "Adjust" our salary but actually is distributing our salary into our monthly pay lol.

They get 4.1. cos they get base (3.5) + employer CPF* in cash (600).
