actually it's pointless to compare firms. what's more important is the portfolio of engagement you're involved in, regardless of which firm. some engagements are better than others.

That depends on what u intend to pursue in the future brother.

1. Want to work 3 years then exit? - Pick the big 4 with that offers the highest pay and specialize in the industry u want to exit to. Doesnt have to be the largest practice.

2. Want to stay till partner? - Pick the big 4 with the LARGEST practice in the industry u want to specialize in. This means there's a good client network established alr.

I think EY/KPMG should pay slightly higher starting out on aggregate. PwC's 3,400 doesnt come with bonus, while deloitte pay is v slightly lower by maybe 100?

Mid level KPMG will pay the most cos of the 20% increment, but many stuck at SM.

EY and PwC's audit practice looks the largest among the 4, but that depends on the industry specialization also. For eg Ey dominates the consumer goods industry, while pwc financial services
