If u only plan to stay 3 years get ca and our, a higher base pay firm is more advantageous cos they would ask your latest pay slip when u apply for commercial roles
Speaking from experience… I was offered 5k at my new job with 1.5 YOE… almost same pay as another audit girl who quit as AM… cos her base was only 1k above me
