Audit dude. Consulting promotion cycle not even here yet. My IRPM chart can tell I'm cmf HP. I hope y'all are just throwing... Else it's gonna be very demoralising to know that my effort wasnt appreciated as much...

Is it true that when u stay too long in audit u’ll be brainwashed to sacrifice ur whole life to audit? I see my senior, mgr, sm can work all day long without lifting their butt for toilet breaks. Sometimes can even skip meals also. And when they mc they can continue to work 24/7. Scary man…

once u reach a certain important level, take MC , take leave still need to answer to mail etc. unless u on overseas leave and never bring laptop, but maybe still need communicate thru whatsapp to settle stuff etc... I have seen this practice outside of Big4 as well.... its a singapore culture.. so live with it... if youre still associate / junior level, then enjoy urself for now until you reach senior/manager level..
Oh and this doesnt just apply to audit industry... all industries is the same
