yes delegate to seniors.. seniors throw down to associate. if got intern throw down to intern cause intern dont cost much man hours.

Is it low to be offered 3.5k for ey risk advisory for 2nd year assoc? They mentioned they only take in my half year IA role and not my 3.5 years in EA.

Big 4 pay is all base on rank.... There no high and low... At most 100-200 different..... But normally if you have the exp, they wun low ball you unless you current pay is really low...

I applied mine last year. So maybe abt 1-2mths. Might be faster now since after the year end hols. But the offer after the interview is within a week.
