Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

Has there been any change to orange firms increment for progressionthis year?

Hi big 4 employees, I am currently a final year undergrad and am keen to apply to the above role during SURF. However, I am quite confused as to whether it is a risk assurance or consulting role? Anyone can provide some insights regarding this?

Bonuses roughly same as before but increments are way lower than the norms.

How about the others?

^ is this for audit or advisory or tax? i guess this means they changed the pay scale?

Seems like yellow firm has decided to give inflationary increments this year.

Under advisory inflationary increment for senior progression

Yellow firm here in audit, like A2 - S1, is like give 3.9/4.03 kind, seems like case by case, anyone here lower than 3.9 or get normal 4.25？ LOL
