I’m in a Big 4 Advisory arm under a niche department that dead with climate change.
I can confirm that our pay scale (for A1s — S2s) is similar to our Assurance counterpart. Also, this excludes Transaction/Deals Advisory heard people in those subunit are on a different scale.
Beyond advisory, the highly paid freshers in Big 4 that have their own unique pay comp are from EY-Parthenon, PwC Strategy&, and Monitor Deloitte.

Anybody knows the increment for EY advisory? E.g. A1-A2, A2-SA1, SA1-SA2, SA2-SA3
Does the amount depend on the specific line of business or pretty standard across the entire advisory?
Thanks in advance!

Aside from TAS and EY-Parthenon, the increment is pretty standardized among other arms.

i think a lot of people have already share the right amount in the previous post and it is really standard and transparent across. there is only just few hundred different on some special department. one way to know is to match your offer and the grade they give you to find the right package

Is advisory (tech areas like cyber security or IT audit) very hard to enter as a fresh grad? Need FCH or 2nd upper?

Just curious, Big 4 got any role for UI/UX designers?

Yes! Take a look at KPMG Digital Village.
But frankly, no IT grad will aim to start their career with the Big 4. Putting FAANG aside, the starting salary for an IT grad still pales in comparison to banks, GovTech, and small startups.

no... is very ez...
to be honest there is a lot of sutd, kaplan and sim ppl in big 4 cyber security. My side, the hiring manager will be looking at more of ur attitude, then your background. TBH, over our side we need people to have cert like Crest than a FCH.
