Increments
Will there still be increments for this year?
Understand that bonuses might be affected

I have 6 years relevant experience then I took a short break to further studies then went Big4, got offered S 4.1k pm. Quite a huge pay cut from my last drawn so I said no. Eventually was offered AM just hit 5. They don't really look at your last drawn when they offer cause they got a fixed pay scale at each position. And yes like what most others have said, they are likely to 'downgrade' you a little.

YoY increment should be decent since it's the Big 4 at the end of the day. However, I'm not sure if the bonus is as decent as what you would get in industry. I think hours wise should be quite long as well... but also depends on your team.
