The sheer delusion of comparing an SM to a LTC or a partner to a COL or BG. Even when talking about our paper generals, this is too much of a stretch. Funny shi t post

The fact that jhks are good enough to be your M and SMs, and there are loads of them in big 4, shows that standards in big 4 is a big joke in the 1st place.

Jiuhuland even has a university called "multimedia university" ffs.

You think other professional firms are so eager to hire jhk en masse like big 4 does? Does McKinsey, BCG and Bain hire tons of jhks? Do big actuarial firms like Willis Towers Watson do? Its only in big 4, where standards are low and the priority is cheap cost, not quality.

Low end job right. Not uncommon in sg.

You know what is funnier? All these jhk Ms and SMs no need to take professional qualification but always urge the seniors and associates to take professional qualification

I should have gone to bolehland uni to study then go work in SG big 4. Save tuition fee since can pay in ringgit and not as stressful as local uni. However, I am sure SG big 4 wouldn't hire sinkies with bolehland degree since sinkie pwn sinkie

Huh. Now local acct cant even get ca like last time after working 3 years. Even those diploma acca doing the same job. Not low end de meh. U go mid tiers, they willing pay u 3k u should be happy liao. Just dont make sense ppl are asking for more pay for these low end job. No way its happening. Non local papers are more welcome in sg as well.

Need to move on from almighty status and get on with life. Not much local want do audit anymore or employers only hiring non locals.

To be honest audit at junior lvl is just counting numbers and following your seniorís instructions. Is ridiculous to expect a high salary given the level of intellect required to perform the work of an auditor

Imagine u are a seasoned accountant staying in the industry for 10 years and one random Ntu graduate in KPMG audit come and ask u abt a list of qn. You be sure annoyed cos he knows nth abt what he is asking and what u gonna answer

Sck it up and grind the years to know what u are actly doing. Or change a job that requires more brain cells
