It's true, there are better options out there to choose than the big 4. Big 4 has a very good marketing gimmick and you will be surprised when you get in. Choose something else if you can. Most of my friends got a reality shock when they get in.

I'm just a lowly worker at a bank. Earning 6k after one year. Get to go home before 7 everyday. Poor accountants get paid less than 4 after one year and work till after 10pm everyday. Don't be cheated by the big 4. U will end up as cheap labour

Not to mention past midnight say 1-3am Mon-Thurs, slightly earlier on friday and work on weekdays. U decide for yourself. Bank, considering the hours is much better

But there is no improvement in pay. Best to take your 1-2 year "experience learning" session and get the hell out of there...

people in the forum are saying advisory pays up to 6k for seniors, is that not equivalent to your 9-6pm back office bank job?
