Ex-advisory and gf is current audit...
It depends on industry.. Financial Services get better bonuses (3-4 months) the rest is (2-3 months). Internal services gets less...
Increment is pretty standard (maybe differ $100/month) for all business lines.

that is definitely true, I took the offer being aware of that fact. just that a less than 1 month bonus still surprises me considering that there's no AWS.

TVSS lah. I got 3.25 months in my first year. Bonus is given evenly across all A/SA/M level, they don't purposely lower A.

just wanted to know.
i will be joining in jan and i know every yr the promotion will be in july.
is it possible for me to promoted to next level in july? or i have to wait for 1 more year?

ask your recruiter but likely not until next year.
fyi bonus seems to be lower these few years

depends on yr skill at sucking up to yr boss... he cant promote u after 6 mths but he can give u a double promotion after 18. work on ur sucking up skills n watch yr back after that as yr colleagues will be looking for any opportunity to backstab u
