I think dont need to see. Before I joined, HR already told me AWS is incorporated into our pay, I think most companies doing that nowadays LOL. Maybe it will hurt them to see one chunk of money gone to payout for AWS, might as well pay by "instalment" so heart not so pain

Just a random thought. If any older people can advice.
Why the heck are we not unionized? I heard from my banking friends that even banking associates are unionized.
