It’s not fake it’s just outdated
You can’t expect here to have someone of every grade from every firm right
Basically you can tell here only got people up to a certain level that’s why those are accurate, whereas the more senior ranks they dunno so just roll forward from previous years

Big 4 pay won't deviate too much from each other.
At most 100-200 per rank, per performance.
