Yes my starting at PwC was 3.6k without bonus. You probably joined 2-3 years ago if your starting was 3.2k. It's not a fair comparison if you consider how basically every industry had multiple salary revisions.

No bonus already means not apples to apples.
You should take 3.6k * 12/14 to compare against someone in another industry with 2 months bonus which is quite normal and common.
Basically around 3.1k lah.

Not sure if OP intended to say that 3.6k is base salary only and does not include bonus. Maybe got bonus but not disclosed?

Nope. U can be mgr without ca. See the jhk and ppl in audit now.
All no ca. So if u have ca and is in audit, blame urself.
Agree on choosing other career. Imagine u pass with ca than under ppl with no ca doing low end stuff

Let me clarify what i mean by no CA cannot manager. No CA or equivalent qualification.

orange first year no bonus..... which means u are missing out on around 3.6k *2 = $7.2k assuming 2 months bonus

hi, blue and green offered 4k for it audit, is there room to nego? also should i accept the offer? really want to go to finance but banks are having hiring freeze. also hearsay if they sponsor your professional cert, they will pay you back only after 1 year? can anyone verify this?
