actually they hire so many Malaysians wont affect the SG/foreigner ratio required by MOM meh.
I think one day i rlly will report to MOM if i ever got treated badly in risk advisory.

ya if keep OTOT can screenshot chat as evidence what.
Send screenshot to MOM doesn't not breach confidentiality.
especially when the chat consist of intention to force ppl to OT and eat time.
Im more curious whether MOM will take action or not.
Or maybe MOM do nothing?

It is the industry norm to know that there is a need to OT.
When rushing FS till 4am, it is considered mal-practice under MOM guideline of maximum work hours of 14 hrs per day.
You can actually choose not to OT. but it will affect performance evaluation. It is some sort of threat.
However, big4 employees are pussy so they dont report and suck it up.
I think the new generation, gen z, will not suck up these rubbish. Since MOM report is anonymous, it can be helpful to seek help.
