2023: got laid off, 3 months base pay severance, 2 additional week for every year of service so capped at 6 months severance.

Tech lead at big N company. I saved up enough so I'm going to take 6 months off to recharge.

I was severely underpaid when I started in the Tech industry. Currently doing cyber security in Finance.

2016 - 36k PA
2017 - 48k PA
2018 - no increment
2019 - 56k PA
2020 - 90k PA
2021 - 100k PA
2022 - 140k PA

2021: 5,200 (off cycle)

Not as rich as the rest but it's comfortable enough for my current lifestyle.
