For those with 2-5 YOE, what is your salary?
For those who graduated 2-5 years ago, curious to know how everyone is doing in terms of their salary.
Do specify the industry, job scope, # of YOE, starting salary and how you reached your current salary (annual revision, promotion, hop company, etc). Thanks! |

This also depends on industry you are in, e.g banking it's known for it's higher pay, but if I'm correct they work long hours too. (pinch of salt, I'm not from the banking sector so might be wrong) Take into account your work life balance too than just the monthly figures. 5k/mth, works 8 hours a day vs 7k/mth, works 12 hours a day Counting hourly rate, the 7k is getting paid lower. |

There will be people with 'insane' salaries. 1. Either they are ********ing, you know it's online. 2. Or those are your 1 in a million kind of people. Advice to not bother about those 'insane' salaries, if you always compare yourself to the top people, you probably will never be contented with what you have. |
