To me it's super demoralizing to share something fake that you know you never did achieve. It's not yours, at the end of the day you have nothing to be proud of.

Obviously I know my sal is above average but ofc not the highest either, I thought that the was point of the board - to share what you've accomplished.

I know I worked my ass off pretty damn hard to get to where I am, that's why I also am proud to share it.
