Year 1: $1800/month (gym trainer)

Year 2: $2000/month (switch to freelance)

Year 3-Year 5: $0 (met a retired principal and married her)

Year 6: $2300/month (HdB rental; wife gave me her HDB, as she wanted to buy a condo and did not want to pay ABSD)
