No worries, I'm in similar boat so I understand.
My current offer is hard to wrap around also, but I also contemplating about it now. Felt a bit low-balled, may be negotiating for a Basic 240k instead.

4 YOE here at a large tech firm, senior software engineer
currently making
7.8k / monthly
got stock refresher, so 10k sgd for this year
bonus is 12% average
stayed in the same company
i started at
Y0: 5.2k
Y1: 5.4k
Y2: 6.6k - promo
Y3: 6.6k
Y4: 7.8k - promo
im quite average also , nothing special . no talent . my lc profile i solved over 200 easy and 100 medium , 40 hard
contest rating around 2k
i scared kena doxxed so i wont share lc profile lol . just want to share that im damn average , legit i dont code outside of work . my lc profile is cause i got nothing to do in my first year so i grind LC and also cause i want free coins. after 1-2 years i stopped caring already
not looking to job hop , lazy grind LC and system design again lol damn sian ... also my work got 2k wellness benefit every year , let me buy whatever i want . super flexible WFH also ... i do at most 2 hours of work a day for the past 6 months alr so i plan to probably stay till retire
i also saw the nodeflair website spammer guy on lc forum also
