Starting pay 4.5k. Don’t know if doing grab spoilt your brain or what, but with 6k bonus already reach 5k TC in 1st year.

Consider taking off your grab helmet every once in awhile k

Is it the norm to factor in bonus etc into the pay? And what's your problem with grab drivers? Anyway here is my current pay now, dont need jjw so much straight away gpgt for you: imgur.com/gallery/12srLYq

My salary increment is not as amazing as the sifus in here.

Diploma cert
2018 - $2,400
2019 - $2,500
2020 - $2,800 change job

Post part time degree
2021 - $3,950 change job

2019 Jan - Started training contract @ 2k pm.
2019 Aug - 6k pm.
2020 Jan - 6.8k pm.
2020 Dec - Switched jobs. 14.5k pm.

2017: 3560 (annual revision)
2018: 4170 (promotion)
2018: 4850 (changed job)
2019: 4996 (annual revision)

2019: 5500 (pass probation)
2020: 5775 (annual revision)
2021: 5960 (annual revision)

That's a very huge jump, especially between the training contract and starting full time in 2019 August, followed by your most recent job switch. Do you mind sharing more info like what job you are doing and which company?
