Started my first job in June 2017 in banking sector:
2017: $2300
2018: $2600
2019: $2900
2020: $3100
2021 - June 2021: $3400
July 2021: $4250 (Change Job)
2022: $4250 (No Increment, Joined last year July)
I only have local diploma, no degree.

Bank - FO
$12k+ now, base pay
For industry compared to competitors (banks), I think I'm paid fairly
Don't really have friends in similar roles though sadly. So hoping for others to shed some light.
