Year 2 - 4.3k (promo with minimal increment...)
Year 3 - 5.9k (changed job)
Year 4 - 6.6k (promo)
Year 5 - 8.0k (changed job)
Years 0-2.5 were rather stagnant. I probably waited too long to make a move or would've achieved higher base by now. My next goal is to get to 10k by year 8.
