I got 3.75 month this march, plus 0.4 month in June, thats 4.15..all i need is to get 1.85 this december...so do you think 6 months is possible? and I am only graded averagely.
You are obviously not in poly..so you can continue to dream..to us...its reality..
anyway...our bonus is peanuts compared to those whom work in banks....

Polys pay really well. I'm working in a local uni, average performer gets nowhere near that kind of pb. And we don't have variable bonus.

many senior lecturer in their late 50s and early 60s are the best
earn 10k per month and waiting for retirement....with full medical claim till 62

I heard some of these older folks are tenured till retirement, ie they aren't on 2-3yr contracts.

I have a masters degree and working experience of 15 years. Which level would the poly most like place me should I opt to take up teaching?
