what will be the total package for 2013 ?
Standard: 12 month
13th month
mid year bonus = 0.4 month
AVC = 1.1 month
total = 15 month
Add your performance bonus that was given in april, this will depend on your grade.
TOtal package = 15 month + performance bonus
Is this correct?
C= 2 months
C+ = 2.5 months
B = 3 months
B+ = 3.5 months
A = 4 months

PAX Salary Range (effective 1 Sep 2012) in all Polys -
PAX 2 : $10,920 - 14,910 / 16,900
PAX 3 : $ 7,060 - 9,670 / 10,980
PAX 4A/4E : $ 5,120 - 7,690 / 8,980
PAX 5A/5E : $ 3,750 - 5,740 / 6,740
PAX 6A/6E : $ 2,410 - 4,270 / 5,200
can someone share ITE salary scale for lecturers?

Can a lecturer ever reach Pax 2? At what age would one reasonably expect to hit $14910 in the poly?

Pax 2 is for Old Director or young senior director/ registrar. Nowadays,new directors only Pax 3. Old DD is also pax 3. Young DD only pax 4.

But they get ~20 months of pay per year.

ITE follow Poly pay grades but implements the grades differently - slightly lower
