But poly has much much more stability. And not forgetting lots of coffee breaks.

Not in the hiring process, but every potential appointment will be sent to MOE for clearance/approval first.

I understand that all polys follow the PAX salary scale, but the range within each PAX grade is pretty wide. Do the 4 polys pay the same or do some polys pay better than others?
