Are you below or above the bar 7030 previously and are you below/above the bar in the new scale?

Below 7030 previously, and below bar in the new scale... a bit further away from bar actually after adjustment...

you can always go directly to HR and ask them. If they don't share, keep going next level and demand to find out how (or the BASIS) of the salary adjustments. You have every right to know the basis of the adjustments.

However, If you don't dare to do the above, just take the money and be happy.

This is only all talking about the PAX scheme. How about the MSS / TSS scheme ? I think the % is only like 5% for MSS/ TSS Grade 5

Hi, what does A mean here? I am at max of pax6 now. What is the promotion criteria? Must obtain a B grade for 2 consecutive years is it?

thats the minimum criteria to be ELIGIBLE for promotion. meeting this criteria means you can be considered(and not 100% definitely)for promotion. Actual decision depends on the department heads fighting with other senior management staff on whom to promote/not to promote.

getting B for 2 years in a row is very very very difficult.

again, it really falls back to how well connected you are and the scale of additional projects u've undertaken.
