15% pay cut from private sector to teach in Polytechnic

What about RP lecturers? Are they been paid less than other Poly lecturers since they are more like Facilitators rather than a true lecturer? What are their pay scheme like?

Sound like working hrs same as private sector, which means does not make sense for me to take a huge pay cut to switch to teaching. I am looking for shorter working hrs and i dont mind a lower pay. For my current job, i knock off at 630pm.
Actually I am a poly grad. My lecturers were very relax, they came at 10am if their first class started at 10am. And most of them left at 4pm.

working is from 8am to 5:30pm. for the lecturers, their working are flexible unless there is classes in the early morning otherwise some of them simply Bochum.

many of the lecturers in one of the oldest poly are drawing close to 10k per mth.

May I ask what is the performance bonus if one get 4 out of 7

Rating of 4 (out of 7) = 2.25 month bonus or no bonus???

Assume it is for Pax 4

Rating of 4 out of 7 = ? months performance bonus

anyone got their PB and increment letter?
when are promotions informed to the staff? HR contacts first or how ?

I was never informed about our max or highest rating la.
Is it for all the polys? Refer to PAX grades?

can you explain more about the rating scheme?
I thought we given letter grades A, B+ , B , C+, C , C - , D
so if one gets rating of 3, it means grade B or C ?
