When and how merit increment and performance bonus known to us ?
Also, when are they credited to our account ?
I saw my salary payment this month and it seems they added merit increment but they didn't specify anything. Or can it be something else ? They had so many rows of gross salary and variable monthy component and it was all added together and termed it as gross salary for the month. this gross salary is a lot different from my actual monthly gross salary.
Can someone explain about the above.
