Bank B offering me 2 ranks higher than bank A. Job as an Investment counselor. pay about 50% more thank bank A.

I will advice you to get out of back office. Even CIMB/Maybank FO > BB BO

Am currently in goldman middle office and they don't even allow me to claim reimbursement to sign up for cfa. Operations team in a bank is like second class citizen. Trying to get into FO but my skills are too irrelevant fml

have fun being stuck there. gs is well known to promote "internal mobility" but strongly prevents u from moving FO
