I have around 6 years of Exp as an RM, total up around 10 yrs exp in the finance industry.

Currently I just join bank A doing KYC related job. Kind of relax and not stressful.

Bank B offering me 2 ranks higher than bank A. Job as an Investment counselor. pay about 50% more thank bank A.

I believe progress to climb the ranks will be slower of middle office staff doing KYC.

Any Investment counselor here able to share whats the Pay range going forward if I were to pursue this route.
How many years to promote to senior 2-3 years?
