Why are you so angry with the world? Relax bro. Don’t get upset just because you work in big 4

I was from EEE back in uni. Kinda gutted... despite the salary being decent (an upwards of 70K per annum), I don’t see myself progressing towards an FO role.

Er bro, there are actually some private degree grads in BB BO/MO Grad programmes.
Why so much hate towards them?

Very few. Most of these grads either worked their way into a BB after some years or had connections. Very few private deg grads get to start out in a BB without some sort of connections.

I can confirm.
There are zero private u grads at any graduate analyst programme in the Singapore office, both for BB and the local banks.
However, there are private u grads as experienced hires, most of ‘em with 3 years from Big 4 or ACN CDO, before transferring to BO/MO role.
