I come with 13 yoe and last drawn is 11.3k, non-bank industry, was in consulting.

For uob i should be in VP1 or VP2 and how much can i ask for %increment based on your experience?

UOB's VP = AVP in other banks. Very junior. UOB has something called FVP or First Vice President which is equivalent to VP in other banks. Very unlikely you can get more than $12k for AVP position.

true that there’s no bonus and/or increment for worse performers in ocbc?

Not too sure about exact ranges at that level, but seems just a bit high to me especially if you meant base.

But yes, after OCBC’s ED and MD titles are one full grade below DBS due to skipping SVP.

VP=VP
ED=SVP
MD=ED
MD1=MD

Worked for both companies,
dbs SVP is a bit inflated
OCBC ED=DBS ED
and OCBC inflate its MD titles.
OCBC MD & MD1 like DBS MD and senior MD(who manages MD)
