Would be good if we can have more people sharing data points of how much their salary adjustment was in 2021 and their job grade and pay then.

2021, Singhealth, 4K plus, B grade, JG13, 5% salary adjustment.

Never been through a salary adjustment before, is the % increase stated in the hr letter or do yall simply derive it by deducting annual increment from the total increment that year? Coz if only the total is reflected, then those who got a better/worse appraisal rating than average wouldn't know how much increase is from the adjustment?

The salary enhancement amount can be easily calculated by minus-ing off the annual increment. You will know how much is your annual increment cos it will be announced in the circular.

it will state the fixed amount .... so u have to calculate % from the total. not hard to calculate, unless u have promotion increase.

Doesn't company circular announce the increment and bonus for average rating only? Or is this different for different clusters? So if you have gotten a good rating, you may not know how much comes from the usual and how much from the enhancement when it's lumped together.

Not sure about other cluster, but Singhealth will announce the increment for all gradings.
