anyone has any clue what the adjustment would looks like?
understand the last few times over the decade most people only get 3-5%?

Finally a pay increase above the board. A good decision
Enough of the secret increment for some staff. It's not a secret. The last two secret increases only built resentment between junior and senior staff, and the other between overseas staff and local staff.
Hope there's no more of that nonsense

2021 was 3-7%
Most get around 3-5%.
Nobody knows their formula.
Maybe compa ratio, maybe performance
Only HR knows
