Best is to wait. Get the salary adjustment and increment and then jump to another PHI. Your salary will remain the same after going to new PHI

Is it true that promotion increment differs for job grade and band? What is the increment for JG12 to JG13 and JG13 to JG14 (cross band)?
Many thanks!

Wow..saw several comments here sharing about their difficulties in getting a promotion, so it's definitely not sth easy to score. If increment is only 5%, that's really disappointing, don't know what's the point of working so hard anymore. In some sectors, AI is already over 5%, even within the healthcare sector, this is too low.
