This Mr. Golang made the decision to onboard those refugees, despite all other division directors strongly objecting. Mr Golang is trying to make GT his territory and start his own empire.

I strongly believe that Mr. Golang should be better off as an engineer than a leader.

I don't understand how this Sau Cheong even got the DCE post. The whole bloody Govtech of 5k+ employees with so many directors and senior directors, but nobody of the calibre to be promoted into the role?

At that level, no longer is promotion but rather parallel move. I.e someone from external who holds similar positions can only join govtech.

Because the responsibility is way too huge
