Yep, agreed. But given the precedence of offering high salary to ex-indeed, I don't think GovTech will offer lower salary to ex FAANG to fight to retain talents.

To this original ex-indeed person who posted this non-constructive feedback, I wanted to highlight that it failed miserably to achieve one of GovTechie core ABC value, which is C - Collaborative. You are not building "win-win" relationships based on mutual trust & respect especially with non ex-Indeed Govtechies. You will need to work as one with other GovTechies to deliver value for GovTech and other agencies, and not to belittle the hard work and efforts put in by non ex-Indeed GovTechies.

I wonder how you got into Govtech in the first place, even though you failed miserably in this core GovTech value.

Hahaha this post sibei funny. Citing company Core Values. You think you secondary school prefect ah, citing school motto and values? Or chao recruit citing SAF 8 Core Values ah? ROFLMAO super funny and naive.

All these 'core values' don't mean jack. at the end of the day, its about money, prestige, credentials and politics. Ex-Indeeders are viewed as high value hires, because Indeed is viewed as a prestigious company. Whether that's really true or not is irrelevant. What matters is perception. That's the only reason why GT management, or some people within GT management, decided to embark on this acquihire.
