do you all agree that LTA is one of the highest paying stat boards? Previously my boss was very proud and said that LTA is one of the highest, not sure about this...

Not the highest. Quite a lot left to join other star board that pays way more. But definitely up there but not the highest

They pay higher than typical HDB, JTC, PUB, but less than DSTA, govtech.

hello. can check how many leaves day can be brought forward to next calendar year? if i have 18 this year, can carry forward all to 36 next year?

Depends on performance appraisal score. Average performance will be around 3 to 3.5%. Get increment in Apr.

Master Fresh Grad Joined As LTE G6
Hi my sister just graduated in Master deg from a local uni (engrg course) & had just joined LTA as an engineer (LTE grade 6) recently. She's getting only 3.9k for her starting pay. Just wondering if she has any advantage in promotion or other arrangements.
Anyone any idea? Thanks!
